Anonymous said: My anxiety has escalated a lot this past summer I have panic attacks where I shake badly, get dizzy and nauseas and I avoid social situations at all costs because Im constantly anticipating something horrible to happen to me or that everyone I know hates me and they will see what a mess I am if I let them get too close. My mom wants me to start seeing a counselor but that's just making me feel like such a burden. Sorry I just know you've been though a lot and was wondering if you had any advice?
I totally get you, since I deal with the same thing. It’s something I am still learning to control, and honestly I think the best advice for the both of us is going to see a therapist. I will be going to see one again soon, and there’s no shame in doing so. You’re not a burden because you have to see one, I think it will be a big help for you to find ways of coping!
